1. Service Description

KroeungCyber provides a self-service compliance gap analysis tool. You answer a structured questionnaire; we use Anthropic's Claude AI to generate a PDF report with findings and a remediation roadmap. The report is AI-generated and informational only. It does not constitute a certified audit, legal advice, or a guarantee of compliance with any framework.

2. Payment

• The assessment fee is USD 39, paid via NBC Bakong KHQR (ABA Pay).
• Refund policy: Full refund within 24 hours if your report was not delivered due to a system error on our side. No refund after successful report delivery. Email grc@kroeungcyber.com with your assessment ID to request a refund.
• The payment QR code expires 24 hours after generation.

3. AI-Generated Report Disclaimer

Reports are generated by Anthropic's Claude AI model based on your responses. KroeungCyber designs the assessment framework and prompts but does not manually review individual reports. You are responsible for verifying findings and seeking professional advice before making compliance decisions. KroeungCyber is not liable for decisions made based on the report.

4. Acceptable Use

You must provide accurate responses. This service may not be used for illegal purposes or to generate reports about organisations you do not represent. You are responsible for the accuracy of your answers.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KroeungCyber's total liability for any claim arising from use of this service is limited to the amount you paid for the assessment (USD 39).

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Phnom Penh.
